ES100 board meeting

We had a reasonably productive meeting yesterday, and the main thing is that we set July 1st as our decision date, or at least the no-later-than date for a decision. Between now and then we’ll keep planning for the full event, but try to hold off on expenses as much as possible. And try to stay informed and up to date on the situation and plan accordingly.

One thing we did decide for sure yesterday was that we will not postpone the race, won’t reschedule it. We will either race on August 8th, or we’ll start planning for August of 2021.
