Get back to work
(Pandemic Diary - day 18)
From my journal: 16 March 2020 (Monday)
I have to stop reading and start working. I have to accept that nothing I’m going to read about the pandemic in the next half-day will make a difference in our situation or change the way I should use this day. I have to get on with the fact that there are still things to do and I should do them, that even though there’s this situation out there, I can still proceed with significant elements of my life, and that doing that is the best reaction I can have, the best action I can take.

Of course it’s a fascinating and historic situation that can’t and shouldn't be ignored. I don’t want to hide from it or somehow miss it. But I must continue to function.
